SIGN UP NOW! We provide FUN fitness classes for kids ages 6-18. Right now, we are specializing in fitness classes for kids who are at-home more than they usually are, due to the pandemic (virtual school, canceled sports and extracurriculars). We can travel to your backyard or meet at a local park for your kids group!
Achieve your health and fitness goals with one-on-one training. We will work together to create a comprehensive program that will give you the tools you need to achieve your specific goals. In-home workouts are available.
We provide private, semi-private and team training for girls and boys ages 8-18 and collegiate athletes. Our sport-specific workouts will increase athletes' performance and build confidence on and off the field of competition.
TOTAL BODY BOOT CAMP
Our total body boot camps are for men and women of all ages. Our 30-45 minute workouts will work your entire body, with an emphasis on improving your core-strength. We can meet at a local park, or your backyard for these total body classes.

Fitness should be FUN! There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe that getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. I especially enjoy working with young kids and athletes as I get to enstill in them passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
I’ve been helping clients from northern New Jersey with their fitness training since 2017. Prior to founding Core Total Training and Fitness LLC, I was a strength and conditioning coach from 2010-2016 at Cedarville University in Ohio, NCAA Division II. When I moved back to New Jersey in 2017, I started my fitness business and trail running company, Sassquad Trail Running. As a full-time trainer and trail race director, I enjoy spending my free time out on the trails training for ultramarathons.
